Terms and Conditions
Mocom acts solely as an agent of event promoters, which means that Mocom is at no moment owner of the tickets. The event promoters remain the owner of the tickets until the complete payment. Therefore the present terms and conditions relate only to the sales of entry tickets. All other conditions relating to event access or rules depend on the individual promoters and vary from promoter to promoter and from event to event.
Article 1 ? Purchase procedures
You access the Mocom website www.mocom.lu , choose your event as well as the date and the hour.
The purchasing form asks you about your personnal data, which are saved and to which you have permanent access with your user name (your email address or a name of your choice) and your password (of your choice). As a result, you are not required to re-enter your personal data for future purchases. You will also be able to consult your purchase history, print a colour ticket with a photo and modify your personal data at any time.
Mocom offers multiple payment methods as more fully described in article 5 below.
Article 2 ? Ticket availability
Ticket purchases offered by Mocom, are available only on the Internet.
Our information processing system informs you instantaneously about the availability of the selected tickets. In the event of insufficient ticket availability for the selected price category, the system informs you about the number of remaining tickets in that price category. You then have the choice between acquiring the remaining tickets of that price category and buying the remaining tickets from another price category, or acquiring all your tickets from another price category.
Article 3 - Plans of the venue on the Internet
In the case of numbered seats, a layout of the seating plan of the venue may open, in which the event takes place. This layout is shown as an indication, and whilst every effort is made to display the seating in as accurate a manner as possible, Mocom accepts no responsibility for any differences between actual seating and what may be indicated on the seating plan.
Article 4 - Price and number of tickets
The prices of tickets are indicated in Euro, including all costs such as sales and distribution commissions on your mobile phone as well as the bank transfer fees and the VAT.
Mocom reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price at the time of purchase remains valid.
Tickets remain the property of the event organiser until fully paid.
Article 5 ? Payment methods
Mocom offers several payment methods: Credit card, Web-Banking and Bank transfer.
Payment by credit card (VISA and Mastercard) gives the advantage over other payment methods in the quicker response times - the Mocom-Ticket is sent within a few minutes and purchase is still possible until 2 hours before the start of the event.
Web-Banking may be used an alternative to payment by credit card. In such case, users shall consider that the Mocom-Ticket delivery may take up to 2 working days from date of payment. Tickets must be purchased at least 4 calendar days before the date of the event, otherwise this payment method is blocked.
Finally, Mocom allows for payment by Bank transfer. In such case, the system automatically generates the Bank transfer form based on current account information completed by the user online. Once completed, the Bank transfer has to be printed, signed and sent by fax or mail to your bank. In the case of Bank transfers, users shall consider that the Mocom-Ticket delivery may take up to 3 working days from date of payment. Tickets must be purchased at least 9 calendar days before the date of the event, otherwise this payment method is blocked.
Article 6 - Security of data related to payments
All financial transactions on the Internet are processed securely by standard encrypted protocol SSL/https, offered by CETREL. Your personal data related to payments is therefore protected in the most effective and secure manner possible.
Article 7 - Confidentiality of personal data
Personal data is necessary for the creation of your unique Mocom-Ticket and to inform you in the event of a rescheduling or cancellation of the selected event. For organisation reasons, certain personal data is communicated to the event promoter.
The purchase form contains a box giving the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter sent by e-mail. If this box is checked, personal data will be used for this communication. This setting may be changed at any time.
Your personal data will under no circumstances be transferred to non-implied third parties for commercial reasons and is treated at all times with the highest possible discretion.
Article 8 - Validation
The customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions during the purchasing process.
The sales contract is concluded between the customer and the promoter at the point in time when the Mocom-Ticket is sent from Mocom.
Article 9 ? Refunds, transfers, cancellations and rescheduling
Mocom-Tickets cannot be refunded. The tickets are transferable without administrative fees by forwarding the coded SMS or E-mail containing the Mocom-Ticket to the mobile phone or E-mail account of the transferee. The receiving mobile only needs to be able to handle Mocom-Tickets. (consult the Reception methodes)
NOTE!!
Mocom-Tickets should be transferred only if you decide not to attend the event. Otherwise, this action represents a fraud and your access rights may be lost as only the first visitor with the unique Mocom-Ticket will be allowed to enter.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, refunding of tickets will be carried out in accordance with the relevant event manager?s conditions. Mocom cannot be held responsible for any claims related to event manager conditions. However, only the ticket price without the sales commission will be reimbursed.
