Payment methods

a) By credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD)

Mocom uses the encrypted protocol SSL/https of CETREL. This way, your payment transaction is secured using the highest standards currently available.

Your credit card information, such as the number, the expiring date and the verification code is not saved by Mocom.  These data remain under the control of CETREL. Therefore, Mocom cannot and will not use your credit card data for any other purposes.

The payment by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) does not have any disadvantages but has 

important advantages:

- Approval of the payment is done within one minute and you will receive your Mocom-Ticket a few minutes after the approval.
- Acquisition of event tickets until 2 hours before the start of the event

 
What is it the verification number of the credit card?

In order to maximize the security of your Internet payments by credit card, we ask you to enter the verification number of your credit card before we execute the payment.

The verification number represents the last three digits of the code which is at the back of your credit card on the signature cell.

The verification number represents a security function, which gives Mocom and the editor of your credit card the possibility to identify you as the owner of the credit card and protects you additionnally from any fraud.

b) By Web-Banking

If you select this payment method, Mocom will propose you a link to the first page of the Web-Banking of your Bank.

Advantages:

- No need to have a credit card
- No need to use your credit card on the Internet.
- Ordering and payment are feasible on your computer; not need to travel

Please consider :

- Your ticket is reserved during 2 working days. You must execute the transaction within this time, if not your ticket reservation will be cancelled.
- Your Mocom-Ticket will be sent within 2 working days after your payment. You must order your ticket(s) at least 4 calendar days before the day of the event, otherwise this payment method will be blocked

c) By Bank Transfer

Our system proposes you to create a bank transfer form completely filled out. You only have to print it, sign it and send it by Fax, Mail or to deposit it into the letter-box of your bank.

Advantages:

- No need to have a  credit card
- No need to use your credit card on the Internet
- No need to open a Web-Banking account at your bank

Please consider :

- Long procedure if you do not have a fax
- Your ticket is reserved during 4 working days. The bank transfer has to be completed within this time, otherwise your ticket reservation will be cancelled.
- Reception of your Mocom-Ticket can take up to 3 working days after the payment. You must order your ticket(s) at least 9 calendar days before the day of the event, otherwise this payment method will be blocked
