Info : Mocom-Ticket What is a Mocom-Ticket?
A Mocom-Ticket is an electronic ticket, which is sent by a coded SMS or E-mail to your Internet E-mail account or your PDA/Smartphone or your mobile phone. This coded SMS or E-mail is unique for each ticket.
All information typically found on a traditional ticket, such as name of event, venue, seat row and seat number, category, date and time of the event, is also integrated into a Mocom-Ticket.
The Mocom-Ticket consists of a 2 dimensional barcode and text containing all of the above mentioned information of the event and is sent by a coded SMS or E-mail to the mobile phone, PDA/Smartphone or E-mail account specified in the purchasing form. Each Mocom-Ticket is unique and gives access rights to a single person.
How does the purchase process work, from access to the www.mocom.lu website to receipt of a Mocom-Ticket?
The first stage is to select the event you want to attend as well as the date, time, price category and number of seats per category.
Secondly, you complete a purchasing form with your personal data, to which you have access at any time with your user name (your email address or a name of your choice) and your password (of your choice). Thus, you will not need to fill out this form for future purchases again. You will also be able to consult your purchase history, print out your colour ticket with a photo (as backup to the electronic ticket or as souvenir) and modify your personal data at any time by logging on.
The second stage is complete with the registration of the mobile phone or E-mail account to receive the Mocom-Tickets. You may receive all of your tickets (up to 6) on one or more mobiles, smartphones or E-mail accounts.
The third stage covers payment for the Mocom-Ticket. You first choose your preferred payment method (see also Info: Payment Methods) and then follow the steps of the payment method selected.
After approval of the payment, our platform creates the Mocom-Ticket(s), which is then sent to the mobile phone(s), smartphone(s) or E-mail
account(s) specified during the purchasing process.
Depending on the payment method selected, the timing of receipt of the Mocom-Ticket(s) varies. If you pay by credit card, you will receive the Mocom-Ticket within a few minutes. If you pay by Web-Banking, it may take up to 2 working days for the payment to clear at which point you will receive your Mocom-Ticket. If you pay by Bank transfer, it may take up to 3 working days for the payment to clear at which point you will receive your Mocom-Ticket.
