If your Mocom-Ticket has not been received within the specified period of time (as noted above in article 5 or in the FAQ under point 9), if you have any problems with the remaining memory/storage capacity of your mobile, please send us an email.
If you receive tickets by e-mail, it may happen that the spam filter blocks the tickets. In this case, consult first the spam folder before contacting us.
In order to prevent that the spam filter blocks our email tickets, add our email address below to your address book.
You can at any time print out your tickets by login in with your user name and password on http://www.mocom.lu and then click on "My past purchases". The left hand symbol opens your ticket as a pdf-document.
